Lawrence W. Hay | Director
Mr. Hay serves on the Board of Directors for the following Mantucket portfolio companies: Actagro, Boulder Homemade (Boulder Ice Cream), and Symbius Medical. Prior to joining Mantucket, he spent over 25 years in senior level, multi-unit business management in the retail, restaurant, business services and technology industries. He was a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SmartCare Clinics, Inc.; President and Vice Chairman of HomeSync Corporation; Senior VP & COO of Einstein Bros./Noah’s Bagel Corp; Area Vice President of Kinko’s Corp; led the Southeast Operations for PepsiCo/Taco Bell; spent many years with Tandy Corp/Radio Shack; and founded HayCorp Business Consulting Services. In addition, Mr. Hay serves on the school-based health center advisory board of the Colorado Health Foundation as well as the boards of several civic and community organizations. Mr. Hay graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia.
Brian V. Mankwitz | Vice President
Prior to joining Mantucket Capital in early 2008, Mr. Mankwitz was an investment banker at St. Charles Capital, a middle market investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, private capital formation and related advisory services. Previously, Mr. Mankwitz lead private equity investments for Mankwitz Kurtz Investments, a family office private equity investment firm. Mr. Mankwitz received a Master's in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics with honors, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University. He is actively involved and holds leadership positions in numerous business and community organizations.

Wendy Kane l President
Ms. Kane is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. While managing assets, she also provides accounting, tax & estate planning and management & execution of financial and legal transactions. Prior to joining Mantucket, she worked at Arthur Andersen LLP. Ms. Kane has served on the Board of Advisors for the University of Denver and as an Alumni Mentor for Delta Gamma. Ms. Kane is a graduate of the University of Denver, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition, Ms. Kane holds Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees in Accounting.
